1. Order Processing

   • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

   • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

   • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

   • Other Locations: 4–7 working days

   • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

3. Shipping Charges

   • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

   • For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges apply (visible at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

   • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

5. Delays

   • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unavoidable circumstances. We will keep you updated in such cases.
